This 1967 Moto Guzzi V700 is in clean shape and was restored seven years ago by the seller’s father. It has seen less than 500 miles since and is long on style for this asking price. It was just listed yesterday here on Craigslist in Ontario, California for $3500 OBO.

Wow…I would just buy it to start it up and scar the heck out of all the neighbors…LOL
Scare….but they could become scarred…LOL
I had one of those. They are an absolute hoot to ride. Brakes stink and carburetion can be a bother, but they’ve got tons of torque, a great sound, and jaw dropping good looks.
Like the monoposto look, but I wish there was chrome on the tank knee indents, and some pin striping to break up the black-can’t tell from the photos, but is there even a tank decal?
Those are just quibbles tho, another great looker-I guess I’m more a moto guy at heart, because tho I pick and choose the cars I’d like to own on BaT, I’d like to have every one I see on TY sitting in my garage.
This is the bargain of the week. A wholelotta bike there for very little money in my book.
@powermatic: It’s funny, but when BaT launched this bike site, I was kinda wondering which of the frequent commenters on BaT might drift this way to TY. I obviously had no idea of course, but I had formed an opinion anyway based on a “picture” I’d made of certain contributors over the years. Ed L, for example, I didn’t think was a motorcycle fan. You, on the other hand, were one I had picked out to visit this site regularly, and to comment with your likes, dislikes and insights. I hope there are more like you; there’s a treasure trove of knowledge and experience over there…
Rode the basically the same bike (within five years) 300 miles in the 80′s.
The factory saddlebags each held a case of beer and that’s about the best thing I can say about the performance. ;-)
